|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit/debit card via secure online payment ONLY. Customers with a Paypal Account may select the Paypal Account Option. Those customers without a Paypal Account, who wish to pay by debit/credit card, may select the Card Payment Option BY CLICKING ON THE PAYPAL ICON & THEN PROCEEDING AS A GUEST. This option passes over to your chosen card issuer & proceeds to secure online payment card processing,

YOU CAN, IF YOU PREFER, PAY BY CHEQUE or postal order. For overseas customers who prefer to pay by cheque a sterling bankers draft is acceptable. We are happy to reserve goods (subject to availability) upon receipt of an EMAIL REQUEST, pending a cheque/postal payment.

Orders are accepted subject to availability.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
Our postage/packaging charges are very low.
Postage/Packaging is FREE on orders over £50.00 in the UK. (for any number of items)
UK orders: less than £7.95 - P&P is £1.45
UK orders: £7.96 to £49.99 - P&P is just £1.95
UK orders over £50.00 are P&P FREE
Our postage/packaging AIRMAIL charge for OVERSEAS orders is just £11.95 (for any number of items on an order), fully tracked & insured.
(Please note; our Airmail postal charges are £11.95 Airsure Airmail delivery, or equivalent. Due to reports of non-delivery with the standard Airmail service, we despatch using trackable services only. Trackable despatch ensures that a parcel is monitored on it's journey & delivery is documented at its final destination.)
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt. Usually the same day wherever possible, upon receipt of an order when supplied from available stock. Most of our products are supplied direct from stock.
We endeavour to supply goods immediately and will contact customers via e.mail if goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time. If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch orders promptly customers will be advised. There are occasions where goods are expected on stock delivery; these items are dispatched immediately upon receipt.
GeckoRouge & Fred Spools ranges are unique artist licensed kits & are not mass market produced. They are bespoke items, usually handmade to order.
A time period given for the delivery of goods is intended as an ESTIMATE ONLY and shall not be the essence of a contract, however all reasonable endeavours shall be made.
Sew Inspiring reserves the right to dispatch goods in one or more packages, as necessary, at its sole discretion.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail in the UK & Aimail (Trackable Airsure or International 'signed-for' delivery) Worldwide, however we reserve the right to select the carrier at our discretion, in order that goods may be delivered as quickly as possible.
Whilst every effort is made to supply good immediately, directly from stock, please allow 5-9 working days for UK delivery, Frequently,1st Class Post arrives the next day, however, this is NOT a guaranteed service by Royal Mail and can be much slower than this, in some cases as long as 10 days. (Royal Mail will not regard anything as 'outside of ther schedule' until a period of 16 working days has lapsed)
7-14 days EU and 7-14 days US delivery, 21days Rest of the World (but usually sooner).
In the event of any postal disruptions beyond our control Sew Inspiring reserves the right to delay immediate dispatch of goods until disruptions are over, for added security of customer orders.
In the event that goods to UK adresses are delayed in the postal system once dispatched, consideration will be given after a period of 28 days from the date of the original dispatch only. An extended delay allowance period will be given for Worldwide dispatches to reach their destination.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES - PLEASE MAKE TIME ALLOWANCES ...
Please ensure that orders are placed in plenty of time when ordering Christmas Gifts to avoid disappointment. Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, a product may become unavailable between updates due to increased demand.
Slight delivery delays via Royal Mail dispatches, due to volumn of parcels during the festive season, are usually inevitable.... please see details below for recent updates
SCHEDULE FOR 2017 - For items that are in stock and for delivery within the UK, the LAST ORDER DATE for Christmas delivery is 2PM on Wednesday 20TH DECEMBER.
We have been notified that Airmail deliveries must be despatched by 10th December (Asia, Middle & Far East, Japan, Australia & NZ) 15th December (USA, Canada) 16th December (Europe), latest, for guaranteed delivery before the Christmas/New Year holiday season.
Orders will continue to be dispatched to all destinations after these dates and may arrive before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

POLITE NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
In adverse weather conditions, we are informed by the postal service that deliveries across the country can be delayed & may take longer than usual.
Where conditions have hindered carriers getting to and leaving the region, both UK & international deliveries may be delayed.
Whilst we continue preparing orders for despatch at these times, we are unable to provide estimated delivery dates, due to information provided both at collection/sorting & at the final delivery destination.
Normal services are resumed as soon as possible, however, this is dependant upon parcels being delivered by Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Couriers, whilst they clear any backlog, and is beyond our control.
If due to stock shortages we cannot dispatch an order within our usual time frame, we will contact the customer with a revised delivery date via e.mail. You will always have the option to change or cancel your order if you would prefer.
We are always happy to check stock levels & advise regarding availability.
There are no additional charges to add, or deductions, to the prices shown.

This is passed through securely to your chosen card issuer to process for you.
All payment information is securely processed by your chosen card issuer at the time of purchase. We are notified by the card issuer to realease stock upon completion of authorization, we are not provided with any personal payment details.

Customers may return unused goods to Sew Inspiring within a period of 28 days from dispatch, provided such goods are returned in the same condition as when dispatched. Returned goods MUST be in a saleable conditon. The cost of the goods only shall be refunded in full. This will NOT include postage paid for despatch or return.
In the unlikely event, the Customer may return faulty goods within a period of 28 days from dispatch and Sew Inspiring shall either refund the cost of the goods or replace at our discretion. Sew Inspiring's liability to the Customer in respect of goods shall not exceed the cost of the item.
